V.B. Williams Realty Company Limited commenced operation in January 1984 with its founder Victor “Bobby” Williams as Managing Director.

 

Today the Company is Jamaica’s first “all inclusive” Real Estate Company, providing all services under one roof.  The Company is licensed to practice sales, valuations, property management, auctioneering, rental, leases, building construction, project management, engineering and fully development integrated management.

Our Board of Directors are Victor B. Williams J. P., Managing Director, Victor Williams Jnr., General Manager/Secretary, Dr. Christopher Malcolm, Attorney-at-Law,  Steven Jackson, Attorney-at-Law, Errol Moore, Qualifying Director, Dr. Trisha Williams, Dr. Lori-Ann Williams.

 

 

MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

The Managing Director, Victor Bobby Williams, who has vast experience in the field of real estate and has been practicing for over fifty-(50) years.

 

He is certified in building construction at the University of Technology, and in addition, he has studied business management and marketing at the University College of the Caribbean.

 

CONSULTANT

 

 

Mr. Andrew Wint, B.Sc (Hons.), MBA

Mr. Wint is a Business and Management Consultant working with the team.  A professional with over twenty-(20) years experience in working with various businesses, with a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University involved in business process improvement and general management.

 

 

VALUATOR

 

Mr. Errol Moore is our licensed Valuator and Qualifying Director; he has successfully completed the valuation course at the University of Technology graduating with a diploma in Land Economy & Valuation Surveying.

 

 

 

OFFICE MANAGER/ NOMINATED OFFICER

 

Ms. Verna Elliott has been working with V. B. Williams Realty Company Limited, since January 1993, and have had the experience to work in every aspect of the business.  Hence she has developed a wealth of knowledge about the Company.  Ms. Elliott was also appointed the Nominated Officer for V. B. Williams Realty Company Limited.

 

 

 

VALUATION DEPARTMENT

 

Our valuation department has been working continuously to upgrade the standard of appraisal in keeping with current international standards.

 

Resulting from a unique system developed in-house, our clients can be assured of a professional and comprehensive valuation within two to four working days.

 

Most commercial banks, building societies, insurance and mortgage companies engage our services in the field of valuation.

 

SALES DEPARTMENT

 

Our Sales Department has a staff compliment of eight-(8) energetic and professional Sales Associates.

 

 

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

 

Our Property Management team is headed by a Property Manager, who is supported by an Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, Court Attendant, Legal Secretary, full time plumbers, carpenters, masons, painters and several part time workers.

 

Today this Company is said to be one of the largest property management  companies in Jamaica with approximately 250 real estate properties being managed and over 1000 tenants.

 

FEES

The fees are charged based on the Realtors Association of Jamaica scale of fees and discounts are given according to property value.

 

 

 

 

CONSTRUCTION

 

Our Construction department have built townhouses, apartments and several homes throughout Jamaica, and have also done subdivision of service lots.

 

INDEMNITY INSURANCE

 

We have been able to secure indemnity insurance with Jamaica National Insurance Company for the protection of our clients.
